Anyone can promise results. Fewer can show them. So before we talk, here are three real businesses and exactly what happened to their online presence.

When we say “online presence,” we mean the whole picture: the website people land on, whether they can find you in Google and AI search, and what happens after they show up. Most businesses have pieces of this. Almost none of them have it working together.

What we actually rebuilt

In every case below, we started the same way: figure out where the money was leaking, fix the foundation, then turn on the channels that compound. New sites that load fast and convert. SEO that earns rankings instead of renting them. Content that gets cited by AI search engines, not just Google.

The point isn't the tactics. It's that each of these businesses can now see exactly what their online presence is doing for them, and it's doing a lot.

Read them for yourself

Below you'll find three: a fireproofing company that now ranks #4 in AI search, an HVAC and plumbing shop that exploded on social, and a farmland brokerage that went from a standing start to 1,500 Google clicks and a growing team.

Different industries, same system. If any of it sounds like where you want to be, that's exactly what our next conversation is for.

Case study — Contego International

From outdated site to #4 in AI search.

Structural steel fireproofing, global. A full rebrand and digital-presence overhaul that turned a neglected website into a search engine that outranks the giants.

The problem

A website stuck in the past

Contego came to us with a website they hadn't meaningfully updated in years, and no real visibility into what their marketing was doing. Money was going out, but nobody could point to what came back.

Meanwhile their competitors were investing hard online and pulling ahead. Contego knew they needed to expand their digital presence to keep up, they just needed a partner to actually build it.

The rebrand

We took over the full rebrand

Before we expanded the digital side, the brand had to match where the company was headed. So we took the whole rebrand in-house, new identity and a completely new website engineered to convert.

The new site positions Contego the way architects, contractors, and specifiers should see them: the category leader in intumescent fire protection, not a company hiding behind an old template.

We also wired in full conversion tracking and stripped out every point of friction, so an architect who lands on the site can get in touch in a couple of taps, and Contego can finally see exactly which visits turn into real projects.

The new mark

A logo built to lead the category.

The old logo looked like a company from the 90s. We ran a full identity exploration and landed on a mark that finally looks like the category leader Contego is.

The rebuild

From a D to an A.

The old site scored a failing 44% on performance and took over 5 seconds to load. The rebuilt site loads in half a second flat — the difference between a visitor bouncing and a visitor converting.

The strategy

Turning traffic into rankings

Traffic was climbing, but a lot of it was landing on junk pages, pages that pulled impressions and earned almost zero clicks. That dead weight was dragging the whole site down.

We ran a 301 redirect to consolidate that scattered authority into a set of strong core pages. Then we went after keyword gaps and keyword clustering, building new pages that actually support the business and pull in qualified traffic.

High Tide Radar identifying Contego website visitors by intent
High Tide Radar — every anonymous visitor resolved to a real contact and synced to HubSpot
Every visitor at bat

We don't waste a single visit

In a niche like fireproofing, the search keywords are never going to be huge or dominant. There's only so much volume out there. Knowing that, we made sure every architect who does land on the site gets every opportunity to be at bat.

That's where High Tide Radar comes in. It de-anonymizes the people visiting the site — resolving them to a real email, phone number, and LinkedIn profile — then pipes them straight into HubSpot. Contego's sales team can follow up with a timely email or phone call while the interest is still hot, instead of watching traffic bounce and disappear.

The result
Rivaling giants like Sherwin-Williams.

Inside the first 30 days, Contego was ranking #4 in AI search results in their industry, going head to head with some of the biggest names in the space. And with the keyword-gap work still compounding, that's just the starting line.

The way forward

We're just getting started.

Ranking #4 in the first month was the proof of concept. From here, the plan is to build an unshakeable moat around Contego's search presence and turn more of that traffic into booked projects.

Contego keyword cluster map plotted by opportunity and difficulty
Mapping the remaining keyword clusters by opportunity — the next pages to build
Build the domain's authority

We're running an aggressive backlink strategy to grow Contego's domain rating, earning links from credible industry sources so every page ranks higher, faster, and holds its ground against far bigger competitors.

Build around the money pages

We'll keep working through the keyword clusters and building supporting pages around Contego's money pages, the ones that drive real project inquiries, so more of the traffic we capture actually converts.

Straight from the client

They were proud enough to announce it themselves.

When the new site and brand went live, Contego took to LinkedIn to launch it to their industry. The strongest endorsement there is.
